All PacknFly Trips can be cherished by women who belong to India or any part of the world. They have varied professions currently being employed, on a sabbatical or a homemaker and are a bundle of talent with complete expertize in whatever they do.

Women who love travelling and have a zeal to meet women who may have the same hobbies or may teach them something new are the ideal Packnfly traveler. This is the perfect opportunity to make new friends and expand your horizons.
Fitness:
Our trips are designed in a manner that it accommodates women of different age and levels of fitness. Some tours may include adventure activities, extensive walking, climbing or trekking and may require moderate to high fitness levels. Women are advised to pick tours basis their interest and eligibility.
Do I Need To Have A Group Or Can Choose To Travel Alone?
Packnfly invites all wanderers irrespective of you being a member of a group, accompanied by cousins, peers, friends or colleagues or just an enthusiast passionate to travel by herself.
We take extreme care of your security and ensure you connect with your fellow travelers unless you want some time alone. We also provide women guides in each trip to give you company and help you know your destination better.
Is It Mandatory To Share My Room?
No, it is not mandatory to share your room. However, we also provide twin sharing rooms if you want to enjoy your trip at a reduced cost.
The room partner is decided basis personal choices, age groups, common hobbies and areas of interest to help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Can I Get My Children Along?
We allow children below 12 years of age to accompany you at an additional cost which may be specified at the time of booking.
It is important to remember that we may not have the liberty to modify the planned activities in such cases to have consistency in the itinerary.
Who Is A PnF Escort?
A PnF escort is female guide who accompanies you in all your trips acting as a mentor to provide you local expertise and help make your trip memorable and comfortable.
She works sincerely to ensure your trip is free from any hassles and you achieve the desired relaxation and satisfaction from the vacation opted by you.
What Is The Size Of The Group That I Will Be Travelling With?
The maximum size of any group will be 20. However, at times; it can be much lesser than this.
What Is The Type Of Accommodation Provided With Your Packages?
Generally accommodation will be provided in three, four or five star Hotels and Resorts depending upon the particular trip and the tour booked.
Do I Get Personal Transport Apart From The Transport Mentioned In The Package?
Yes we will arrange for personal transportation if you need it, but you need to bear the cost & ensure your own safety.
Is Smoking Allowed On Trips?
During Pack n Fly trips, you need to understand and agree to follow all applied smoking regulations in public places either in India or abroad.
While we can help you find smoking rooms at the hotel if required, all transportation provided exclusively for Pack n Fly are non-smoking in any part of the globe.
What Is An Early Bird Discount?
An early bird offer is a limited time discounted price offered to you for the that trip, which will vary with each trip.
What Is The Payment Process For Booking A Trip?
Once you have found a trip of your interest, call us/email us or make an online booking with required minimum payment i.e mentioned in that itinerary while filling registration form . That of course, is the first step. PacknFly will not hold a space for you without initial payment. The itinerary will state how much money is due at this time.
After PacknFly receives your reservation amount, we will email you the official confirmation on your booking with us on a temporary basis. Until we receive your final payment for the trip as per our policy, your booking will have temporary booking status with us.
When Do I Need To Make The Final Payment To Confirm My Booking?
You need to make final payment at least 25 days in advance of tour booking closure date. Payment schedule information is available in tour detail on the PacknFly website.
When Will I Receive The Travel Instructions?
About 2 weeks before travel all instructions will be mailed to your registered email address. These instructions will provide you detailed list on the room sharing assignments, introduction to your Tour Manager and when and where the group will board flight.
The mobile number of the tour Manager will be listed should you need to reach her. In case of further queries, kindly call, email or WhatsApp us.
Can I Travel Without Travel Insurance?
No. Travel insurance is an integral part of all our tours and combined with the package cost offered to you.

Card payments and online banking payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. An online convenience charges are applied for payments processed through payment gateway. In case of cancellation, this fee is non-refundable. Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
In case payment is not made as per the schedule mentioned above, Pack n Fly Travellers Club LLP holds the right to cancel your seat on trip and deduct applicable cancellation charges RS 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) as cancellation charges plus cost on actual, if any, would be charged. Any claim cannot be made for any loss occurring due to cancellation.
On payment of the balance amount in full you will receive your confirmation with final itinerary. This confirmation will be valid for your travel on the tour. Your Final documents will be issued, upon receiving your balance payment and the Registration Form. It may be noted that the aforesaid payment does not include the cost of porter age, tips, insurance, laundry, phone calls, food and beverages or anything not specified in the itinerary of the tour. Your final Pack n Fly Travellers Club confirmation entitles you to travel on the Tour.Once duly signed Registration Form is received by us, should you wish to change your option from one Pack n Fly tour to another, we will do our best to meet your wishes. Any such change of Pack n Fly Travellers Club Tour would be construed as cancellation of the former Pack n Fly Travellers Club Tour and the aforesaid cancellation policy will apply.
Pack n Fly Travellers Club has a policy of applying for group visas. Due to any reason, whatsoever, if the visa is not granted by the respective Consular Office/ Embassy of the country or delayed in issuing the visa, in case of international pack n Fly Tour , Pack n Fly Travellers club would not be held responsible for such a failure of obtaining visa and further visa fees, cost of cancellation of air ticket, Insurance or any loss incurred, shall be deducted and only balance payment will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services irrespective of any circumstances, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the cancellation request in writing.
Applicable cancellation charges would be deducted from the undiscounted full cost of trip.
- Prior to 46 days from tour departure date or more: 0%
- 45 - 36 Days from tour departure date : 25%
- 35 - 26 Days from tour departure date: 50%
- 25 - 16 Days from tour departure date: 75%
- 00 - 15 Days from tour departure date: 100%
Change of name or date is not permitted under any circumstances. Any claim cannot be made for any loss occurred due to cancellation.
For any flight tickets booked by us additionally with the trip being cancelled, the cancellation policy of the airline will apply.
Refund Policy
Refund of unused/ unutilized services in total (which are paid for and cancelled in advance), the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.
The refund process may take 30 days due to banking procedures involved. If the refund is made to the credit card account or to the Bank account, the applicable bank charges if any would be debited from the refund amount.
